Hum, no ...
What I meant is that any exercise that gets your heart rate to increase is a good one ... you can even do HULA HOOP if you want to, and that would be good cardio !
As a young man, I can't do that though ... no way !!

I'm afraid my HOMIES would make fun of me for 1,000 years if they found out I did *THAT* !
I was just wondering what 'paddling your arms' looks like, made me think of SUPERMAN for some reason ... you know when he is flyin' high ... arms extended, lol !
To get your heart rate up, moving your legs is a better option though, you move your bigger muscles ... this requires more effort, you see ... so it's all good of course.
Don't give up, Renee ! Work-work-work, oh man, how can I motivate you ...

You'll be so happy when you see the results *EVERY DAY* later on. every time you put clothes on, they fit perfectly, wow !! ... Just think about that, you've got 5 times more reasons than me to lose weight anyway, kids, husband, etc. (not that I want a husband of course, lol !) Hellllllllllllllllo !!!
That should be good enough to motivate you, sticking around for a long time ... especially if you are still *YOUNG*, it's now or never to do something about it. Tonight I watched this documentary about a 45 year old man who was overweight and he had all sorts of issues, made me think what could have happened to me in a few years if I kept being too heavy, I could have had diabetes, all that ...
Remember, baby steps ... leading to one small goal .. than the next ... than the next ... pretty soon, your bigger goals will become reality.
Cheers !
Marc
