Hungry for Breakfast?!?!

Post by wosnes » Sat Jan 02, 2010 12:08 am

I woke up hungry this morning. As you probably know, this is extremely unusual for me. It's happened a couple of times recently -- and thinking back, I think I know why. My neighbor and I went to dinner last night -- one of the chain restaurants. The food I ate was far more processed than I'm used to eating. While I was full after the meal (in fact, didn't eat all of it and "preached" a little No-S to her), I was starving this morning. All I had was some fruit and I was fine.

My conclusion is that if I eat real food, I don't get hungry as quickly. If I eat processed foods, I get hungry more quickly.

AN AHHH-HAAA!!! moment for me! I think you are right! I started thinking about waking up hungry.. not my normal state either..and the days I ready to eat a huge breakfast are usually the mornings after a night out that includes foods I usually avoid..desserts..and an extra glass of wine or a few mixed drinks...mmm... thanks for making me aware of this.. and HAPPY eating in
2010!

I'm usually never hungry until around 11:00... that is unless I over eat the night before. I've always thought it was like they say, I stretched out my tum. I hardly never go out, but I'll try to pay more attention to what it is that I eat when I'm hungry the next morning. The more aware I am the better I think. Thanks!
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

I very rarely eat food that isn't 'real' and since NoS I'm almost always hungry for breakfast. I think it's because my system is working better now - after all, after not eating for 10 hours, I *should* be hungry!
