Everybody rally up and join The Followers of the No S Diet Facebook page! I am on FB a lot and it would be great if we could have an active forum there as well. I want to introduce No S to some of my FB friends and then they look a this inactive group. Please please please!!! : )

I agree, wouldn't it be better to just direct them to this site and let them see all the various threads, etc.gratefuldeb67 wrote:I'm on facebook too, but I come here to chat... maybe suggest your facebook friends just join NoS and see what it's about, and they will definitely see an active and enthusiastic group
Becoming a FB fan is just one more way to spread the word. Especially this time of year when so many people are looking for diets - and as those diets fail them, an alternative.
I wouldn't just direct my friends here without an opening, but if I fan it, then my friends see it and ask about it..I direct them here (or they follow a link on the fan site) they become a fan..their friends see it and ask....and so it goes.
I've already had two friends ask today

No, no, let Reinhard keep his mystique and make it a complement for the super-sonic-no-sers who made it there before he had finished.
