Simple Meal Plan

Post by wosnes » Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:33 pm

Another good article from Zen Habits.

While I like his ideas, Leo's actual meal plan doesn't appeal to me at all. I do follow a meal plan that I stumbled onto about 10 years ago. It's simple and makes sense to me and I've found a number of variations of it. Plus, I have default plans in case I can't do what I normally do.

I don't think her plan is too bad. I certainly couldn't see myself eating 5 times a day, but other than that, it seems pretty solid. I especially like her emphasis on eating whole, natural foods that you enjoy.
