I found this interesting, since it shows you can go overboard on the healthiness. It goes to show, it's best to just eat in moderation, which is something that I think No-S promotes ^^.

I've read about that before -- maybe 10 years ago. I wasn't aware of any cases as extreme as that young woman, though.
