Exercise
Dinner on Tuesday was somewhat better than Monday...it was liver (except I forgot to cook the onions), a buttered roll, and lots of cooked spinach.
Exercise: I got a new qigong book with a couple of new sets in it. I had a lot of fun working on those last night (Tues.). Never got around to doing anything else, though. Fortunately, the sets are fitness routines, and I felt stretched and toned when I was done.

Exercise:
Dinner is a fun little recipe that I have made before; daughter loves it. Here's the paraphrase version of it:
BBQ Cups
Either buy a can of refrigerated biscuts (8 to 10 biscuits), or make you own in that quantity. Flatten the rounds, and press into muffin tins. Fill with ground beef/ground turkey that has been cooked, drained and mixed with barbeque sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until browned at 425 F. for about 12 minutes. Oh yum, this is really good. And it's finger food, too; what more can you ask for?
There are endless variations on this theme: veggies and pepperoni/sausage and pizza sauce; spaghetti sauce and mozzarella; taco sauce, add onions & green peppers to the meat, etc. Have fun; play with your food!
Exercise: 2 sessions of the new qigong set I'm working on. I can really feel this in the backs of my legs today! Also will do dumbbells this afternoon. Right now, in fact. Bye.
