Are popscicles allowed on N days???

Are popscicles allowed on N days??? I wonder because although it has some sugar, it's very low on calories. I am limiting them right now to 1 a day, but would like to know it isn't okay to have more. I know in the book it says people can have coffee with a little sugar and I don't drink coffee, so maybe this would kinda be the same?

Welcome! There's a lot of info on the site. Some of it is very well-organized on the main pages, but a lot is buried within discussions, so if you weren't there, you wouldn't know. But if you ask, someone will ususally direct you (or answer).

And it's rather amazing how often questions get re-asked, and how relevant old threads can be.

Yeah that's how it is on a different place I go to. Alot of stuff is re asked, you just gotta know how to find it.
