Yom Kippur starts Friday at sunset. I'd like to wish an easy fast to all our Jewish No-S'ers who observe it.

I'll get to see if this is true for me. I started No-S this summer. Hopefully it will make the fast easier for me this year. I wasn't much of a snacker pre-No-S, though.

Of course, I realize that assumes all else is equal, which it never is. Yom Kippur may be a little tougher this year, because it's so early (which means the fast ends late, since when it ends depends on when the sun sets), and because it's supposed to be warm here in Pittsburgh tomorrow.
