Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

I am continuing shovelglove but had to change the routine. I find that I have to do it at least 30 minutes at fast pace to get full benefit, and also since I cannot find a bigger hammer here I do many exercises with 1 hand. It gives very good workout.

Sounds intense! 14 minutes is still plenty for me
