Have gotten used to it,it's not bad(only use 1/2 tab in my 1/2 sandwich for lunch(with 4 pretzels. )

Just to clarify -- you are allowed to eat regular peanut butter on no-s. I personally would to prefer ground up peanuts over some strange nutritionist concoction. Fake-out your hunger fake foods haven't worked so well over the last few decades and I doubt this one will be any different.

Three of the first five ingredients are sweeteners. Natural peanut butters have no saturated fat or trans fats, either. If you enjoy it, spread away. You must have quite a small appetite, though. There is no way that meal would be enough for me.
