			Hi!
Sarting Monday Jan. 2, 2006 I will be back on the great No S Diet! I have totally fallen off the wagon since I got my new job at the Credit Union back in November. Things are not too bad in the weight area (yet) because I have still been excercising regularly, but if I continue eating like I am there will be a big problem in the weight area. I will start a new daily thread, although I will only be able to post on weekends. Just too busy with my new job during the week. Hope all will have a wonderful New Year in 2006! I just love new beginnings! I've missed ya all!
Hugs!
CarrieAnn

			Hey CarrieAnn!
I second that! I too am going back to No S, while incorporating some good nutrition principles I've learned. In fact, I've already been doing it for a few days and I am down a couple pounds!
Happy New Year

I'm joining the crowd having another go with No S, starting today.
Also decided to give up the booze (does reinhard have a system for this?)

I think no glasses is going to work better for me.
