All day these little cookies were staring at me and I figured if I didn't give in it could turn ugly so I decided to take my S day and after dinner I had a cup of earl grey tea with milk and two fancy little shortbread cookies with icing. It was yummy and I can move on now.
So I did it. I had an S day and I didn't go wild.
Ahhh I can sigh a breath of relief.
I did it!

oh thank you.
it's like once i took the pressure off having to do an s day... i could do it.
i don't get myself but i seem to rebel against everything. if i'm on a diet i rebel and binge and when i am told i can take an s day i don't want it and then when i say i don't want it i take it.
whatever, at least i am finally getting it and that's what matters, not how i got here, but that i'm here.

I'm not a good rule follower -- especially rules that I consider to be arbitrary.
