Hi everyone! It’s been a week since I decided to try the No-s diet and indeed, it’s not a diet at all. It’s a lifestyle change. I’ve tried numerous diet, usually succeeding in loosing weight but gaining few months after. I used to be so strict with myself ending up feeling frustrated even on the first week of my diet. But with No-S diet, I feel like this is something I can sustain. Sensibly eating without restricting too much in terms of food choices. I remember there was one night I was out with my friends dining in a Japanese restaurant and I am delighted to be able to control myself eating too much bc I used to eat wayyyy too much even I’m uncomfortable full and now I am more sensible with my food, I even cut down my intake and started running. The result after 1 week? I lost 6 pounds. I am shock to see I lost 6 pounds in the first week. It’s probably a water weight but at least this is working for me. So big thanks to the creator of this and to amazing people here in No-S. I’m a newbie here but reading stories and testimonials inspire me. So Kudos everyone!!
