Well winter's here on this continent and it's going around: the dreaded flu. And I've got it and these are S days I do not like one bit. Not that I feel much like eating, bur exercising is also out of the window. I went to the doc today and he said to rest and take the meds. I told him about the No S diet and he heartily approves
Sorry about the whinge - just needed to post so I'll remember why some midweek days are yellow

My thoughts are that when I look back at my habitcal and see yellow I'm going to say to myself, "hmmm, I must have had a good reason not to put a red in there..." and then I will let it go.
Still appreciating the freedom this plan gives me...

Feel better fast. The flu bug is no fun whenever it bites.
